I have been renting here since 2020 and even though the company changed hands to Pioneer Valley I have had nothing but the best experience. The staff is so friendly and really are on top of every aspect you can think of. The facility is clean and safe. I would defenitely recommend Pioneer Valley for your storage needs.

Rate increase less than a year end and the lock put on my storage facility was a bit taxing. Resolving that became quite taxing and expensive making the storage of the items a monetary loss - the policies of the facility created an expensive endeavor for me as my situation is not the norm apparently -

The space is great, set up was pretty easy. My gate code keeps changing but the automated service and weekend answering service was helpful. And a follow up phone call on Monday was also helpful.

My experience here locally was frustrating because I physically went to two locations and no one was there...but when I finally spoke to an agent who is in PA, she was amazing and very good at her job. Once I had her, I was very happy.

Would highly recommend. The only fiasco was during booking - I had reserved a unit at the Stadium location through your website but when I reached the physical location, I was told that it’s not reserved and that all units are sold out. So I got redirected to the Amherst location. I was able to finally secure a unit.The rest of the experience, including the check out, was smooth.

Towards the end of having my unit, a significant amount of stuff was COVERED in mold. Moisture is obviously easily trapped inside the unit but I was not expecting so many things to get ruined because of this. Overall would recommend using this storage unit with only items in sealed containers. No furniture as it will be exposed to the elements. I found it difficult to get in touch with anyone on a regular basis during operational hours and often had to speak to an automated voice. Online interface is much better than calling in but still can be finicky.

Great customer service - I inadvertently booked the wrong storage space on-line and a representative called me to inquire and make sure that I had the space that I needed. The process was smooth to book, check in and the check out. Great for college dorm/apartment storage needs.

New management has been very responsive to problems, which is much appreciated. One night I arrived at the gate, after hours, only to find that I was unable to get in. I gave up, thinking that I had forgotten my code, but I also left a voice mail to let them know that there might be a problem. I was very pleasantly surprised to get an actual phone call from the manager that same night, saying there had indeed been a problem, that he had spent considerable time trying to resolve it, that it was now fixed, and that he was returning the calls of everyone who hadn't been able to get in. That is excellent customer service.

Great place to store your goodies big and small! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and clear with directions on how to access the storage units.Clean area and they offer locks and other accessories for the unit so you don’t need to worry about forgetting anything!

Josh is a Great Person to work with, he was able to help me out last minute with a storage unit…on a Sunday evening if I remember correctly!!! And he was so easy going and friendly & just really cool where he actually made me forget for a few minutes the stressful time that my fiancé & I were experiencing at the moment & made me feel like it’s ok, we gotcha! And made me smile / chuckle a few times. And we were able to do everything over the phone & email. How easy is that? And when the first unit we ordered wasn’t big enough and I texted Josh, he called me and told me what he has for bigger units and the prices and literally told me to just come down & check out all of the ones that were available and then to let him know which one I decided on taking.
